Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a national Career & Technical Student Organization (CTSO) focused on business leadership for middle, high school, and collegiate students. FBLA organizes multiple conferences and events, including the National Leadership Conference, National Fall Leadership Conferences, and Career Connections Conference. These events feature competitive events, leadership development, career workshops, and employer networking. FBLA explicitly positions itself as a business Career & Technical Education (CTE)-aligned organization and hosts national and state-level conferences that support CTE objectives and work-based learning connections.
