The 45th FAAMA Convention and Managing the Skies Expo will bring together FAAMA managers and supervisors from around the country at Walt Disney World's Yacht and Beach Club Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, from September 20-24, 2026. This annual event provides opportunities for building new relationships, networking, and collaboration between FAAMA leadership, members, and FAA administration. Attendees will engage with challenges facing the FAA and National Airspace System (NAS) related to ever-changing regulations, culture, technology, and economic conditions. The convention offers world-class leadership training for effective leaders and hosts the Managing the Skies Expo, where FAAMA partners with corporate aviation industry suppliers for information, education, and technology solutions. It is designed for personal development, recharging, and refocusing energy to tackle future challenges.
