About Colorado State Fire Chiefs (CSFC)
Colorado State Fire Chiefs (CSFC) is a statewide association of fire service leaders that organizes the annual Fire Leadership Challenge (FLC) conference in Keystone, CO. This five-day event focuses on leadership and training, offering officer development (LEAD Series), a Fire Marshal Symposium, and workshops relevant to fire training, certification-focused leadership development, and drill/instructor education. The conference also features over 100 exhibitors. CSFC partners with the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control (DFPC), Colorado Professional Fire Fighters (CPFF), and the Fire Marshals Association of Colorado (FMAC), and hosts additional training and critical issues briefings throughout the year.
