About Colorado Office of Emergency Management
The Colorado Office of Emergency Management is the Office of Emergency Management within Colorado's Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM), Colorado Department of Public Safety. It is responsible for the state's comprehensive emergency management program, supporting local and state agencies, including public safety partners. Its services include planning, training, exercises, and coordination across prevention, protection, mitigation, response, and recovery efforts. The office provides training and exercise calendars, field operations support, and operates the State Emergency Operations Line.
