About
About Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC)
The Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC) is an international membership organization for science and technology centers and museums that organizes the ASTC Annual Conference and numerous events, virtual programs, and communities of practice. ASTC’s conferences (e.g., ASTC Annual Conference 2024–2026) and resources cover STEAM, emerging technologies, exhibit and program innovation, and professional development relevant to makerspaces, maker programs, and technology labs—though ASTC’s primary constituency is science centers and museums rather than public libraries specifically.
