Arizona Families for Home Education

Arizona Families for Home Education (AFHE) is a statewide non-profit (501(c)(3)) organization that has served and protected the rights of Arizona’s homeschooling families since 1983. AFHE’s mission is to inspire parents to homeschool, promote parent-directed, privately funded home-based education, preserve the freedom to homeschool, and support parents through resources, membership benefits, scholarships, workshops, and an annual convention. The organization operates from a Christian perspective, is run by a Christian board of directors, and recently celebrated 40 years of service while continuing to host annual conventions and graduate recognition ceremonies.
