About Arizona Advisory Council on Indian Health Care
The Arizona Advisory Council on Indian Health Care (AACIHC) is a state‑established advisory council tasked with serving Tribal governments and the State of Arizona. It supports prevention, training, education, workforce development, policy, and legislation for American Indian and Alaska Native health needs, conducts public hearings, applies for grants, commissions studies, and meets at least six times a year, thereby organizing and facilitating tribal and public‑health events and initiatives.
