American Public Human Services Association (APHSA) is a national membership association that supports leaders from state, county, and city human services agencies to advance the well-being of individuals, families, and communities. APHSA provides leadership development (e.g., the National Leadership Academy), publishes policy resources and toolkits (e.g., a Playbook for improving outcomes for young adults), and maintains initiatives such as a Benefit Cliff Resource Hub while collaborating with strategic industry partners to strengthen public human services systems.
