Oregon Emergency Management Association Annual Conference (OEMA 2026)

The Oregon Emergency Management Association annual conference, OEMA 2026, is a premiere event in Oregon, attracting top Emergency Managers from around the Pacific Northwest and generating media coverage. It draws approximately 175 attendees, comprised of Emergency Managers from state and local governments, non-profit agencies, and the business community. In addition, there may be elected officials, federal agency representatives, and representatives of volunteer associations. All breaks and meals are served in the Exhibitor Hall for networking opportunities with conference attendees. OEMA continues to introduce new ideas to the event each year with the overall goal of enhancing the attendee experience. The association provides a forum for the sharing of knowledge, ideas, processes, and building partnerships, promoting efforts to plan for all natural and human-caused hazards through improved mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery capabilities, and is committed to minimizing the impacts of disasters on the citizens and communities of Oregon.
