Old South Training Summit

The Old South Training Summit is a multi-day conference featuring lectures and hands-on "HOT Classes" designed for firefighters. The event includes presentations by speakers Kyle Romagus, Anthony Rowett, Rob Ramirez, Griffin Coiner, and Sam Sparacello. Practical training classes such as "Fundamentals of the First Due" by Ambassadors of the Craft, "The Grab Factory" by Tyler Whitfield & Cadre, and "Mid-Rise Tactics" by Elkhart Brass will cover essential skills. These courses focus on strengthening the fundamentals of first-arriving Engine and Truck companies, utilizing a crawl-walk-run methodology, integrated live-fire scenarios, hose deployment, fire attack, forcible entry, search, coordinated engine and truck company operations, primary search, victim removal, and ladder operations. Proceeds from the summit benefit Next Rung, a non-profit organization.
