About this conference
The Society of Ohio Archivists is partnering with the Ohio Local History Alliance for this fall meeting. The theme, "We the People: America 250," is intended to highlight the ways communities have come together to commemorate the nation's 250th anniversary and how this spirit of history in community can continue into the future. The Society of Ohio Archivists (SOA) track will take place on Friday, October 2, featuring sessions such as "Using Social Media to Engage Communities with Archives and Collections," "Digitization on a Dime," "Experiences in Archival Trauma," "Inheriting Archives as Lone Arrangers," and "Ohio LGBTQ+ Archival Perspectives and Projects." Attendees are welcome to attend any of the Ohio Local History Alliance sessions, luncheons, and other special events on both Friday and Saturday.

Sponsorships are available starting at $250, with various levels offered to suit different business needs. These levels include Ladybug ($250), Carnation ($500), Flint ($750), Cardinal ($1,000), Trilobite ($2,500), and Buckeye ($5,000).
