The 2026 Fall Seminar offers a dynamic lineup of tracks and workshops designed to address the most pressing issues facing New York State counties. Through expert-led sessions, attendees will gain practical knowledge, innovative strategies, and valuable insights to support effective county leadership and operations. The seminar's diverse educational offerings provide opportunities for professional development, peer learning, and collaboration across disciplines, covering topics such as future-ready county government, governance, ethics, public trust, workforce and leadership excellence, county finance, economic development, health, human services, public safety, community, energy, infrastructure, and environmental policy. The program is designed to address issues, opportunities, and emerging trends shaping county government across New York State, providing valuable insights from industry experts, state leaders, and fellow county officials, alongside networking opportunities and special events.
