NRWA Rural Water Rally 2028

The National Rural Water Rally is a grassroots lobbying event organized by the National Rural Water Association. It brings together rural water supporters and utility system representatives from across the United States to engage directly with elected officials and decision-makers on Capitol Hill. The event focuses on advocating for federal investments in rural water infrastructure, supporting funding programs, and promoting training and technical assistance initiatives such as the USDA Circuit Riders and EPA compliance programs. Attendees gain insights into national issues affecting rural water and wastewater systems, build important relationships, and can participate in events like the Great American Water Taste Test.
