NRECA Regions 7&9 Meeting

The NRECA Regions 7&9 Meeting brings together cooperative leaders from Regions 7 (Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming) and 9 (Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington) to exchange ideas, build connections, and help shape the future of co-op energy. This event fosters collaboration, allows attendees to stay ahead of emerging trends, explore innovative strategies, and contribute to key policy discussions through the resolutions process. During the meeting, voting delegates will elect representatives to the NRECA Member Standing Committees and vote on proposed resolutions. The conference also offers targeted pre-conference education sessions, including 'Power Up Your Planning: CEO Workshops on Succession & Resiliency' and 'Strengthen Governance & Strategy with Director Training,' which covers Director Duties and Liabilities, the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Electric Cooperatives, and leadership communication.
