The event also offers targeted pre-conference education sessions to enhance expertise and build valuable connections. The NRECA Member Resolutions Process is a significant component, where voting delegates elect representatives to NRECA Member Standing Committees and vote on proposed resolutions. All NRECA voting member directors and employees are encouraged to attend and participate in their region's regional resolutions committee and business meetings.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for NRECA members, including categories such as Event Sponsors, Partner Sponsors, Premier+ Sponsors, Premier Sponsors, Signature Sponsors, and Supporting Sponsors. A completed sponsorship commitment form must be received by Friday, September 18, 2026, to secure benefits. Sponsorship invoices must be paid in full prior to receiving any outlined benefits. Requests for sponsorship cancellation must be made in writing no later than 30 days prior to the official event start date and will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
