Join us in Bloomington, Minnesota for the NOBLE Region IV Training Conference, June 5 to 7, 2026, as we celebrate 50 years of leadership, service, and impact. This year's conference theme, We Belong. You Belong. I Belong., reflects our commitment to advancing the profession of law enforcement while honoring the legacy that has shaped our organization since 1976. Hosted by Region IV, this three day event will bring together law enforcement executives, command staff, emerging leaders, and public safety partners from across the region and the nation. Attendees will engage in forward focused discussions, high level training, and collaborative networking designed to strengthen leadership capacity and promote excellence in criminal justice.
