New York Regional Leading Without a Badge Summit

The National Association of Professional Staff in Public Safety is bringing a regional Leading Without a Badge event to the New York region. Attendees can expect welcome remarks, reflections on leading without a badge, a Chiefs Panel discussing the impact of professional staff, networking activities, a keynote panel on the impact of professional staff members in public safety, interactive workshops on strategic planning and the future of public safety, breakout sessions covering topics such as building relationships with sworn personnel, navigating executive leadership, strategic workforce development, project and change management, and addressing vicarious trauma.
