New Hampshire's largest event for afterschool and youth development professionals, providing a statewide gathering to connect, learn, and collaborate. Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available for organizations to support the New Hampshire Out-of-School Time Convention. Options include vendor registration for $300, which provides an 8-foot table to connect with educators, youth development professionals, and program leaders. Additional sponsorship tiers are available: Summit Sponsor ($3,000), Peak Partner ($1,500), Ascent Sponsor ($750), Base Camp Sponsor ($500), and Trail Partner ($250). Benefits across these tiers may include Keynote Sponsorship, blog features, recognition at the awards ceremony and opening sessions, logo display on materials and website, social media recognition, and sponsor logos on attendee badges. Sponsors can also choose to cover the cost of conference registration for out-of-school time professionals. Sponsorship requests are due by February 27th, 2026.
