Welcome to the XXXII International Conference on Neutrino Physics and Astrophysics, hosted by the University of California, Irvine, June 21-26, 2026. This gathering commemorates a landmark achievement in physics---the 70th Anniversary of neutrino detection by Clyde Cowan and Frederick Reines. Notably, Fred Reines, recipient of the 1995 Nobel Prize in Physics, established the School of Physical Sciences at UC Irvine as its founding Dean. This biennial event brings together leading researchers to share groundbreaking discoveries, explore cutting-edge concepts, and chart the future of neutrino science and its connections to astronomy and cosmology. The scientific program includes invited plenary talks and interactive poster sessions. Join us as we advance our understanding of the cosmos through neutrino research.
