NEA 2026 Higher Ed Conference

Connecting. Learning. Organizing. The NEA Higher Education Conference is a critical gathering for activist leaders within the higher education community. Its 2026 theme is 'Resilience, Respect, and Power'. The conference brings together faculty, staff, and graduate student members to strengthen union power and advance NEA’s mission and vision, serving as a platform to share ideas, foster learning, and reinforce higher education unions. Attendees can expect actionable strategies to strengthen collective advocacy and advance professional excellence across campuses and affiliates. A Leadership Day pre-conference is also scheduled for March 5, 2026.
