About this conference
Leadership in prosecution has never been more complex. Today's leaders are expected to navigate rapid change, build healthy office cultures, communicate under public scrutiny, manage increasingly diverse teams, and make decisions that shape both organizational performance and public trust. The most effective leaders understand how to exercise sound judgment, build trust, communicate clearly, and translate leadership principles into lasting organizational practice. NDAA's 2026 Leadership Academy is designed to help leaders develop those capabilities. This is not a management seminar built around abstract leadership theory. It is a practical leadership development experience created specifically for prosecutors and prosecution professionals who are responsible for leading people, shaping culture, and guiding organizations through complex challenges. Participants will learn from experienced prosecutor leaders, executive directors, judges, communications professionals, and organizational experts who have navigated many of the same leadership challenges facing prosecution offices today.
