About this conference

The North Carolina School Counselor Association (NCSCA) 2026 Fall Conference, themed 'Constellations of Heart: Empowering Each and Every Student,' is North Carolina's premier event for school counselors. The conference aims to promote excellence for school counselors and the communities they serve through advocacy, leadership, professional development, and evidence-based best practices which promote equity and access for all students. Attendees can expect dynamic speakers, over 50 exhibitors offering valuable resources, networking opportunities with hundreds of school counselors from across the state, and engaging breakout sessions covering the latest techniques and practices in academic, career, and personal/social development. Presentations will focus on evidence-based programs, current research, and skills relevant to counselors, pre-K to postsecondary, as well as district personnel, graduate students, and counselor educators.
