NCEL 2026 National Forum

The National Caucus of Environmental Legislators (NCEL) will host its annual National Forum in Chicago, Illinois. This event is a critical opportunity for over 150 environmentally-committed state legislators from across the country to network, discuss a wide variety of environmental issues, and develop a proactive agenda for environmental, clean energy, and conservation policy in the states. The Forum aims to provide legislators with actionable solutions to implement in their respective states and foster connections among those working on similar issues. The actions of states are emphasized as crucial in serving as a backstop for lasting environmental protections. This event is limited to current state legislators, with staffers able to attend on a case-by-case basis, and attendees may bring one spouse/partner.
