Multiple sponsorship levels are available: Diamond ($10,000), Platinum ($7,000), Gold ($5,000), Silver ($3,000), Bronze ($1,500), and Exhibitor ($950). These packages include various benefits such as complimentary exhibit booths (ranging from 10x10 to 20x20), complimentary registrations (1 to 10 depending on the level), listing in the mobile app, opportunity for door prizes, logo recognition at opening general session and on signage, website logo recognition with link, verbal recognition, and advertisements in the digital program (Full Page, Half Page, Quarter Page options). Additionally, high-visibility add-ons are available: Lanyard Sponsor ($850), Wi-Fi Sponsor ($1,000), Attendee Bags Sponsor ($1,500), Breakfast or Lunch Sponsor (per meal) ($2,000), and Session Sponsor ($3,000, with each additional session at $1,500). Custom sponsorships, in-kind sponsorships, vehicle displays, and Cvent LeadCapture mobile app opportunities are also offered. Advertising in the Digital Program is available for Full-Page Color Ad ($1,000), Half-Page Color Ad ($750), and Quarter-Page Color Ad ($500). A limited number of discounted exhibit spaces are available for Non-Profit Organizations, advocacy, and education groups, with an application deadline of April 20, 2026. The sponsor logo submission deadline for printed event materials is May 1, 2026.
