About this conference
The North Carolina City and County Management Association (NCCCMA) Summer Seminar focuses on topics of interest to city and county managers and administrators. The agenda includes sessions on recovery efforts post-Tropical Storm Helene, changing organizational culture, building public trust through transparency and community engagement, fostering civic pride for America's 250th anniversary, and navigating the impacts of data centers on local communities. It also covers the ICMA Code of Ethics and leadership styles.
