About this conference

The 2026 iteration of the biennial National Travel Monitoring Exposition and Conference (NaTMEC) provides travel monitoring professionals and transportation data users with opportunities to share knowledge and good practices. The Exposition will provide information pertaining to the latest advancements in travel monitoring technology, equipment, and methodology through exhibits and demonstrations. The Conference will facilitate the exchange of ideas and revisit fundamental travel monitoring concepts through session presentations in the categories of Data Sources, Decision Making, and Delivering Programs. The goal of NaTMEC 2026 is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of travel monitoring programs and to enhance data-driven decision-making. The event will cover such topics as traffic count collection equipment, collection safety, data contracting, annual factoring (seasonal, class, axle), local AADTs, data quality, federal reporting (HPMS, TMAS, MIRE), public-facing data sharing, GIS, and more.

Sponsorship options

The 2026 Exposition opportunities are available at three exhibitor levels: Diamond, Platinum, and Gold. The Exposition will line the perimeter of Music City Center's Davidson Ballroom. During each lunch and session break, Diamond and Platinum exhibitors will each be able to make use of the Ballroom's stage for demonstrations, presentations, and/or discussions. This setup provides maximum visibility and optimal attendee access.
