About this conference
The National Economic Mobility and Opportunity (EMO) Conference is a practitioner-focused gathering for those working to decrease barriers to success and create communities where every resident can prosper. This three-day event is an opportunity for local leaders to convene across sectors, roles, and focus areas to share best practices and tactics for addressing multifaceted policy issues impacting the ability of residents to not only make ends meet, but to thrive and create opportunities for future generations. Building off the success of the previous year's inaugural event, attendees at this year's conference will learn about on-the-ground responses to pressing local issues in community development, housing affordability, people-centered economies, and transformational technology. Featuring a mix of local practitioners, national thought leaders, and other key stakeholders, this field-building event provides an opportunity to consider new partnerships and connections that can accelerate pathways to prosperity.
