The National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) is an annual conference dedicated to promoting undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative activity across all fields of study. It welcomes student scholars from all institutions of higher learning, providing a unique environment for the celebration and promotion of student achievement. The conference offers models of exemplary research, scholarship, and creative activity, alongside opportunities for student career readiness development. Faculty, mentors, and the broader undergraduate research community are encouraged to participate for professional development and to support the students.
Sponsorship options
Exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities are available, primarily focused on the Future Fair. These include three main packages: Priority Booth, Booth, and Tabletop. These packages offer varying levels of benefits such as 10x10 ft or 6 ft booth space, multiple full conference registrations (2-3), access to the event app for networking and lead retrieval, company/institution logo and external link on the exhibitor website page, and social media promotion. Additional booth staff registrations cost $175 each. Wi-Fi and electrical services are available for additional fees. Early bird rates for exhibitors are available until October 10, 2025, with regular rates closing on February 20, 2026.
