About this conference
The Library of Congress National Book Festival is an annual literary event that brings together best-selling authors, poets, and illustrators with thousands of readers. The festival features author talks, panel discussions, book signings, readings, giveaways, and activities for children and young adults. The 2026 event will specifically celebrate the nation's semiquincentennial, America 250: It's Your Story, with expanded programming to include film, music, veterans' history, and American folklife. It will also feature dedicated Story and STEM Districts with interactive activities, supported by nonprofit partners.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available for private donors, corporate sponsors, and nonprofit organizations interested in exhibiting at the festival. Exhibiting organizations, particularly those involved in the Story and STEM Districts, can engage with thousands of attendees. Benefits for selected nonprofit exhibitors include a fee-free exhibition space with furnishings, promotion on the festival's website and communications, and volunteer support. Sponsorship is led by National Book Festival Co-Chair David M. Rubenstein.
