About this conference
The National 4-H Volunteer Conference, hosted by the Volunteer Conference of Southern States, is a four-day hybrid event for 4-H volunteers and staff from across the country. It is designed to engage participants in contemporary educational opportunities that impact, enhance, and foster quality, excellence, and achievement in youth development programming. Attendees will focus on innovative programs, curriculum for clubs, best practices, networking, and leadership/personal development to support their roles as 4-H volunteers. The event offers both onsite participation at Rock Eagle 4-H Center in Eatonton, Georgia, and virtual components available on-demand and during scheduled sessions. Highlights include speakers, a curricula showcase, focused tracked sessions, and opportunities for engagement in conversations and sharing. A dedicated 4-H Military Pre-Conference is also available for staff members working in child, youth, and family programs for military services, including active-duty, guard, and reserve programs. The 2026 conference theme is '4-H Volunteers: Ready to Lead'.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship levels range from small contributions to significant donations, each including various brand engagement options. Sponsorship packages can also be tailored to specific needs. Available levels are Emerald ($2,500+), Platinum ($1,000), Gold ($500), Silver ($250), and Bronze ($100). Exhibitor opportunities are also available, including a learning expo with exhibit space, and item donations for workshops and a Saturday evening auction to raise scholarship funds are accepted.
