About this conference
The 2026 NAEMT Annual Meeting, held in Orlando, Florida, provides a forum for members to engage with association leaders and colleagues from across the nation and globally. Co-located with EMS World Expo, this event includes a General Membership Meeting to recap the year's activities, present future goals, and recognize recipients of the National EMS Awards of Excellence, followed by a Member Reception. The meeting also features a Federal Advocacy Briefing and various other association meetings and events designed for learning, networking, and celebrating the EMS profession. While events are free for NAEMT members, an EMS World Expo badge is required for entry.
