The 2026 SCAAIDD Conference, themed 'Mission Possible: Supporting Every ABILITY,' reinforces the collective commitment to empowering and valuing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across South Carolina. This intentional mission calls on providers, Direct Support Professionals, administrators, advocates, families, and partners to collaborate with focus, innovation, and heart. The conference will feature dynamic, action-driven sessions focusing on Strengthening the Workforce (leadership development, professional growth for DSPs), Emotional Wellness & Resilience (mental balance, trauma-informed care for staff and individuals), Innovation in Service Delivery (technology, best practices), Person-Centered Excellence (individual voice, choice, dignity), and Advocacy & Policy Action (statewide collaboration for measurable impact). Attendees can expect to gain tools and strategies to build stronger systems and support every ability, making the mission possible. The South Carolina Chapter of the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities aims to advance knowledge and skills in the field by providing an affordable forum for exchanging information and ideas from national and statewide leaders.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities include Title Sponsor ($6000), Platinum Sponsor ($3500 - includes exhibition space, meals for two, company info on materials and website link/summary), Exhibitor ($1500 - for businesses, State Agencies, non-profits, includes skirted six-foot table, meals for two). Specialty Sponsorships are also available: WIFI Sponsor ($2000), Hospitality Sponsor ($2000), Awards Sponsor ($1500), Lanyard/Bag Sponsor ($1500), and Break Sponsor (costs determined by hotel, recognized in program and by signage). Donors of any value receive recognition in the program and on social media. Each sponsor/exhibitor will be part of a card signature system to encourage attendee visits, and may collect contact info and offer a door prize.
