About this conference
The Ministry Leadership Summit convenes senior ministry leaders for thoughtful, peer-level engagement on the operational, governance, and leadership challenges shaping today’s faith-based organizations. Through a combination of expert framing and guided conversation, participants will explore how organizational structure, culture, technology, and governance decisions directly affect mission effectiveness. This gathering is intentionally small and discussion-oriented, designed to foster trust, candor, and practical insight among leaders navigating complex responsibilities with faithfulness and wisdom.
