About this conference

The Midwest EMS Expo, hosted by the Professional Ambulance Association of Wisconsin (PAAW), is the premier education and networking event for EMS professionals in the Midwest. Bringing together ground ambulance service leaders, clinicians, dispatchers, and billing professionals, this two-day conference is built on a foundation of peer-to-peer learning and collaboration. Attendees will gain fresh insights, sharpen their skills, and engage in discussions that shape the future of EMS. With a mix of dynamic presentations, expert-led sessions, and hands-on learning opportunities, the Midwest EMS Expo provides actionable tools to improve operations, clinical care, and workforce retention. Our closing celebration will recognize the vital work of EMS providers and shine a light on excellence in the field with our Stars of Life Banquet, an inspiring evening honoring individuals who go above and beyond in service to their communities. Mark your calendar and be part of an event designed to empower and inspire the EMS community.
