About this conference
The Michigan Premier Public Health Conference is an annual event hosted by the Michigan Association for Local Public Health (MALPH) that brings together public health professionals from across Michigan. The 2026 conference, themed "TOGETHER FOR HEALTH: BUILDING STRONGER COMMUNITIES IN AN ERA OF CHANGE," aims to share cutting-edge knowledge and strategies in areas such as environmental health, community engagement, infectious disease control, workforce development, and health equity. Attendees can expect sessions designed to help them examine key milestones and lessons from public health history, explore strategies to support the public health workforce in a rapidly changing landscape, engage partners in building healthier communities, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and identify factors for effective public health interventions in Michigan's diverse communities. The conference features various presentation formats including concurrent oral presentations, facilitated discussions, poster presentations, and lightning talks.

Four levels of conference partnerships are offered: Platinum Partner ($5000), Gold Partner ($3500), Silver Partner ($2500), and Bronze Partner ($1500). Each level includes various benefits such as exhibit tables, complimentary conference registrations, program advertisements (full, half, or quarter page), name recognition in the program and on signs, and verbal recognition. Organizations can also participate as an Exhibit-Only Partner ($400 for non-profit, $1200 for for-profit) or purchase program advertisements separately (Front/Back Inside Cover $1000, Full Page $400, Half Page $250, Quarter Page $150).
