About this conference

The 75th Michigan Onsite Wastewater Conference is a two-day educational event focused on the onsite wastewater management industry. It provides education regarding industry trends, regulatory changes, wastewater management options, and the latest technologies. The conference is designed for local health departments, septic tank service providers/pumpers, portable toilet service companies, local public health professionals, engineers, consultants, and installation contractors. Attendees can engage with vendors, participate in educational sessions, and receive updates from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE). The conference also offers the opportunity to earn Continuing Education (CSE) credit hours. It is organized as a joint venture by the Michigan Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (MOWRA), the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE), the Michigan Environmental Health Association (MEHA), and Michigan State University (MSU) Extension.
