MI Healthy Climate Conference 2026

The state of Michigan's first statewide climate conference took place in 2023. This conference aims to bring together stakeholders from across the state and nation to help implement key actions in the MI Healthy Climate Plan. Building off the momentum of past years, the MI Healthy Climate Conference aims to bring together representatives of local, state, and tribal governments, universities, community members, nonprofits, business leaders, and climate leaders from across the state and nation to: Report on the progress of the MI Healthy Climate Plan; Foster connection, conversation, and collaboration; Inspire attendees with real-world examples of community-led innovation and climate action; Mobilize resources, technical support, and funding opportunities to empower communities to implement local climate initiatives; Celebrate the work being done to move climate action forward in Michigan. This year's conference sessions will include inspiring plenary talks, breakout sessions, interactive office hours, and several networking opportunities, including a reception at the end of the day.
