About this conference
This 22nd Annual forum focuses on Positive Behavioral Interventions & Support (PBIS). Attendees can explore the fundamentals of School-Wide PBIS, learn to build inclusive, supportive learning environments, and discover practical strategies for improving classroom outcomes through effective coaching, behavioral health screening, and data-informed practices. The conference will cover establishing, implementing, and monitoring Tier 2 supports, including effective Check-In/Check-Out (CICO) systems and student progress monitoring. Discussions will also include supporting LGBTQ+ students, strengthening family-school partnerships, and aligning social, emotional, and behavioral supports. A dedicated DDS/IDD Track will explore Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) implementation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, featuring real-world applications from DDS leadership and community agencies. Participants will gain evidence-based strategies, implementation tools, and actionable practices to strengthen PBIS and PBS efforts in schools, districts, and community agencies.
