The Pre-Year Leadership Alignment Retreat is a facilitated experience designed for administrative teams to collaboratively plan, clarify, and prepare for a successful school year. This is not a sit-and-get workshop; it is dedicated, structured time to work on your school, not just in it. Participants will walk away with a physical playbook to start the year. Too often, leadership teams begin the school year reacting to demands rather than executing a clear plan. This retreat creates the space to align your team, strengthen your leadership approach, and build the systems necessary to support both staff and students. Attendees will align around culture, systems, and learning; develop a purposeful school calendar and professional development roadmap; clarify roles and decision-making structures; and design communication systems that support both staff and students. Administrators will leave with a concrete First 30 Days Plan, ensuring the school year begins with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
