MARC 2026 Forward Momentum: Recognizing the Past, Energizing the Future

The Mid-America Regulatory Conference (MARC) is a regional association comprised of utility regulatory commissions from 14 states: Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. Since 1958, MARC has hosted an annual meeting and educational conference attended by commissioners and staff from member-state commissions as well as energy and utility industry stakeholders from across the country. This annual gathering brings together regulators, experts, and thought leaders to discuss the significant and evolving issues they're facing and encourages sharing ideas and developing proposed solutions through constructive dialogue and collaboration. The MARC 2026 Conference will take place at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in downtown Madison, Wisconsin. Attendees are encouraged to explore Madison, a vibrant mid-sized city known for its natural beauty, friendly vibe, and eclectic local culture.
