Maker Faire Bay Area 2026 is a milestone celebration marking the 20th anniversary of the very first Maker Faire. This sprawling, hands-on showcase of invention, curiosity, and unapologetic ingenuity gathers tech enthusiasts, crafters, and educators. Attendees can dive into a world where art, technology, and science collide, exploring everything from humanoid robots, drones, AI-powered builds, Arduino and Raspberry Pi projects, and wearable tech, to amateur rocketry, Tesla coils, Rube Goldberg machines, and various crafts and artisan works. The event also features live interactive experiences, presentations, performances, activities, and workshops. A dedicated Field Trip Day targets curious students, young makers, and fearless educators from public schools, private schools, homeschools, colleges, and universities.
