About this conference
The MAFEPD Summer Conference is an opportunity to connect with key decision-makers in over 140 districts in Mississippi. The event fosters relationships between districts, companies, and practitioners to enhance outcomes for students and staff across the state. Attendees typically include Federal Program Directors, Principals, Bookkeepers, Coordinators, and other federal education program staff who implement Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, Title V, 21st Century Afterschool and ESSER Relief funding.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorships are available at various levels, including exhibitor packages and activity sponsorships. Gold Exhibitor Packages ($2,500) include an 8x8 exhibitor space, a 6' draped table, two chairs, two exhibitor representatives with full conference registration (including meals), recognition in the MAFEPD newsletter, website, WHOVA app, general assembly conference banner, and other materials, plus marketing opportunities via the WHOVA app. Silver Exhibitor Packages ($1,500) include similar benefits but with a booth in a different area. Opportunities are also available to sponsor activities such as the President's Reception, Keynote Speaker, 360 Photo Booth, Luncheon, Conference SWAG, Snack, Beverage, and Breakfast Bar. President's Reception and Keynote Speaker Sponsors receive two additional company representative registrations, sponsor signage, and speaking opportunities. Other activity sponsors receive speaking opportunities and special recognition in the WHOVA app and conference materials.
