The LMCI 2026 50th Annual Clerks Institute is a week-long event providing educational training for newly hired municipal clerks and continuing education for all municipal clerks. Attendees are invited to participate in the Athenian Dialogue, an opportunity for professional development and thoughtful conversation, which in 2026 will focus on the book 'Hidden Figures' by Margot Lee Shetterly. This inspiring experience explores themes of resilience, innovation, and leadership through the story of trailblazing African American mathematicians who contributed to NASA's achievements.
Sponsorship options
Platinum Level sponsorships are available on a customized basis for those who wish to sponsor LMCA functions such as board meeting luncheons, receptions, and other association meal events. Exhibit tables are also available, with setup on Tuesday, October 20 from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., and show times on Wednesday, October 21 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, October 22 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. An additional networking opportunity at a vendor reception will be held on Wednesday evening from 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
