Leadership Institute

CACUBO's Leadership Institute is an immersive higher education leadership development experience. This three-day intensive workshop helps professionals advance their careers and institutions elevate their teams. Join us for this higher education leadership conference to work alongside your peers as you hone your leadership skills. Although some people appear to be "natural born" leaders, leadership skills are usually learned behaviors. The Leadership Institute is designed specifically for individuals who wish to sharpen their leadership skills, discover new solutions to age-old problems, or who want a jolt of fresh enthusiasm at this point in their career. It will also equip high-potential employees, who will soon be assuming new responsibilities. The curriculum of this institute changes each year in order to offer fresh, exciting and relevant content for CACUBO members. The Institute is open to all CACUBO members, whether or not they have attended other Leadership Institute sessions. The intent is to guide an individual through the stages of their career with a focus on working with teams, inspiring staff, improving morale and negotiating change. For this event, attendance is held at about 50 participants to provide a unique, intimate learning experience!
