Frederick County Maryland's 3rd Annual Fire Conference, the Key City Fire Conference, is the first and only fire conference of its kind in the Frederick/DC/Baltimore metro area. The conference aims to provide support to non-profit organizations assisting firefighters battling debilitating injuries or illnesses. This event features industry-renowned instructors delivering cutting-edge content relevant to the Fire Service, including lectures, hands-on training (HOT), and workshops designed to enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities in various firefighting disciplines. The conference also serves as a fundraising platform for worthy causes, such as the Frederick County IAFF Local 3666 Benevolent Fund and the Leary Firefighter's Foundation.
