About this conference
The Kansas Opioid and Stimulant Conference aims to educate attendees on the opioid and stimulant crisis in Kansas and foster a collaborative response to prevent its escalation. The 10th annual event will feature keynote sessions and breakout sessions by discipline/topic area, covering emerging trends, prevention, health systems and prescribers, public safety and first responders, and treatment and recovery. Participants will increase knowledge of promising and evidence-based strategies, discover new strategies and best practices related to emerging trends, effective prevention programs, resources for prescribing practices and clinical interventions, building successful partnerships with public safety, and evidence-informed treatment and recovery systems of care. Continuing education credits may be available for various professions.
