Vendor Tables ($400 per table, approximately 40 available). Additional representative - $60. Equipment Display Space (Complimentary in 2026). Includes: Outdoor display space for equipment demonstrations. Equipment display is available to conference sponsors. KAC County Partners Recognition: Organizations that participate in both the Kansas County Commissioners Association (KCCA) Conference and the Kansas County Highway Association (KCHA) Conference in 2026 will be recognized as KAC County Partners. Vendors may reserve tables at both conferences for a discounted rate of $650. County Partners will be listed on both affiliate conference webpages, KAC's webpage, included in both conference programs, and acknowledged during announcements at the events.
