Sponsorship opportunities are available until September 28th, 2026. Standard packages include: Gold Sponsor ($1,000) provides an exhibit area with a 6-foot skirted table and two chairs, WiFi, electricity, two complimentary booth representatives (including access to all conference sessions, meals, breaks, and entertainment), acknowledgement on the KAM website/conference program, inclusion in the Wednesday evening reception, and attendee lists (pre- and post-conference). Silver Sponsor ($800) offers an exhibit area with a 6-foot skirted table and two chairs, WiFi, electricity, one complimentary booth representative (including access to all conference sessions, meals, breaks, and entertainment), acknowledgement on the KAM website/conference program, inclusion in the Wednesday evening reception, and a post-conference attendee list. Bronze (Virtual) Sponsor ($600) includes a prerecorded or live Zoom presentation during the Exhibitor Reception, promotional materials in all attendee packets, acknowledgement on the KAM website/conference program, and a post-conference attendee list. Additionally, there are Sponsorship Opportunities available on a first-come, first-serve basis: Break Sponsor (3 available, $400) provides verbal acknowledgement, event-specific signage, and acknowledgement on the KAM website/conference program for supporting a morning or afternoon break. Evening Beverage Sponsor (2 available, $400) offers verbal acknowledgement, event-specific signage, and acknowledgement on the KAM website/conference program for sponsoring beverage drink tickets during an evening activity. A $200 registration fee waiver is offered for gold, silver, and bronze packages until September 28th, 2026.
