Joy of Gardening Conference

The "Joy of Gardening Conference" is an annual educational event organized by the Oregon Master Gardener Association (OMGA) in collaboration with the Oregon State University (OSU) Extension Service. Held at the CH2M-Alumni Center on the OSU campus in Corvallis, Oregon, the conference features keynote speakers and a wide array of sessions. Topics cover areas such as climate change adaptation, pollinator conservation, plant biodiversity, soil science, drip irrigation, small orchards, regenerative gardening practices, the role of AI in horticultural research, and advocacy for Master Gardener programs. The event aims to enhance and support the OSU Master Gardener program's mission of providing sustainable, research-based information to home gardeners. Attendees can also participate in a silent auction, visit a bookstore, and engage in networking opportunities.
