It Takes All of Us Expanded Learning Workforce Summit

The 2026 It Takes All of Us Expanded Learning Workforce Summit is a two-day convening designed for district and community-based organization leaders, institutions of higher education, workforce development practitioners, and funders. The Workforce Summit is the only statewide event solely dedicated to addressing expanded learning workforce issues and offers inspiring keynotes, practitioner-led sessions, and action planning activities designed to strengthen our field. It will serve as the launchpad for the It Takes All of Us Workforce Campaign, introducing opportunities for organizations and individuals to get involved, connect with peers, and help shape a statewide movement for workforce dignity and recognition. Hundreds of practitioners, education leaders, community organizations, workforce partners, philanthropy, and policymakers will engage with inspiring speakers, collaborate through interactive sessions, and leave equipped to champion a campaign designed to build public awareness, strengthen career pathways, advance policy and systems change, and create meaningful opportunities for everyone, from frontline practitioners to statewide partners, to play a role in transforming the profession.
